Worldwide Tracked Shipping
Worldwide shipping is available using our trusted courier partners. All of our suits are hand tailored and quality checked before dispatch, so please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to be sent to you via email or text.
All of our products are shipped via tracked delivery with tracking number provided upon dispatch.
Tailored Suits
Tailoring of suits or special requirements/alteration requests are charged at £150 per suit; this is a non-refundable service. 
Returns and exchanges 
All returns and exchanges will need a return form completed and supplied with the return.
As our suits are hand tailored we only offer a return and exchange policy within 14 days of receiving your order. 
All returns should be in its original condition and packaging with tags/labels still attached. 
We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that have been modified, used or not in a re-saleable condition, please make sure that you include reasons for return. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All return for refund items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return labels cannot be produced on sale items or items purchased with a promo code. Click here to start your return.
Promotional Codes
Promotional codes are available to use only at The Stretch Suit Ltd's discretion. Promotional codes can be disabled and unavailable at any time. Promotional Codes are not valid during public holiday sales, Valentines sales, Black Friday sales, Cyber Monday sales or store-wide sales.
No more than one promotional code may be used at any given time.
Sale Items
All items that are purchased in the sale can only be returned for exchange.  All returns and exchanges will need a return form completed and supplied with the return.  Click here to start your return.
